2 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup orange juice
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup club soda
Mix all ingredients and serve over ice.

4 medium Eggs
50 grams Mozzarella Cheese
1 tsp Olive Oil
Any desired herbs or vegetables.
Directions:
In a bowl, mix eggs and half the mozzarella. Grease a pan with olive oil and pour in mix, top with the remainder of the cheese.
Good ingredients to add if desired are peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and spices.
This will make two servings (half each).

Choc-Oat Chip Cookies
1 cup Crisco (or butter)
1¼ cup brown sugar (packed)
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs (or 3 small)
2 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
1¾ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
2½ cups regular quaker oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts (or other of choice)
½ cup raisins
Directions:
Bake 11 to 13 minutes.
Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to rack and cool completely.
